6 Things You Didn't Know About Locked Inn

We've been working on some big, new things for 2016. One worth mentioning is a business project called Locked Inn Cayman - a brand new escape room business located in downtown George Town that just opened its doors on February 1st!  After trying some escape rooms in the States last year and getting absolutely hooked, we partnered with some good friends to bring this unique entertainment experience to the Cayman market.

If you've never done an escape room before, you're in for a real treat. We have four unique room designs that all involve different clues and puzzles that must be solved in order to conduct a successful escape. Our visitors have really enjoyed the challenges of solving the clue sets that make their escapes such triumph!

While all booking information and frequently asked questions are covered on the Locked Inn website, I thought it would be fun to post an insider's guide to Cayman's newest attraction. So here's the scoop on the largest escape room business in the Caribbean!

1. It's not as scary as it sounds.
Remember that last haunted house you went to? This is nothing like that. Think less Saw and more National Treasure. (For the record, I can't watch horror films.) Screams will be from excitement, pain from high-fives, and adrenaline from victorious escapes!

2. You don't need 6 people to book a room.
Our rooms are designed for two to six, so you can certainly book with fewer people, which will just mean more clues to go around!

3. Locked Inn is really easy to find.
Cayman locals: Remember the old SeƱor Frog's? We're in the same place, on the second floor right behind the Flagship building downtown. Still not sure? Check out this handy map to pinpoint exactly where to find us.

4. We have a great space for groups.
Interested in turning your escape experience into a full social event? Ask us about reserving our entertaining space, which features plenty of seating and a great breeze!

5. Locked Inn is one of thousands of escape rooms worldwide.
We have the very first escape rooms in the Western Caribbean, but escape rooms are popping up all over the world, especially popular in Asia, Europe, and North America. A visit to Locked Inn will put you on the cutting edge of this worldwide trend!

6. You're going to have more fun than you think.
Here's your chance to think outside the box, use your wits, and solve unique clues and puzzles! The challenge will give you a thrill!

For more info and to book your room escape, check out our website, like us on Facebook, follow us on Instagram and Twitter, and check out our 5-star reviews on TripAdvisor. We'd love to see you check in at Locked Inn soon!
